To rent equipment from Apex Rentals, you’ll need to provide two forms of ID and the job site address where the equipment will be used. Your primary ID must be a valid California driver's license with a picture, local address, and permanent ID number. The second form of ID should include a photo or the current address of the job site. These requirements help us verify that the equipment will be used responsibly and at the correct location.

What Are the Rental Duration Options?

We offer flexible rental times to meet different project timelines, ensuring you only pay for the time you need. This makes it cost-effective for projects of all sizes. Here are our duration options:

Business Day Rental: Equipment must be returned by 5 P.M. on the same day. Promotional rates are available for the first rental day.
24-Hour Rental: Rent equipment for 24 hours, except on Saturdays and Sundays.
5-Day Rental: Keep the equipment for five consecutive days.
4-Week Rental: Use the equipment for 28 consecutive days, including weekends and holidays!

What About Equipment Protection and Reservations?

Apex provides an Equipment Protection Plan for added peace of mind. If you accidentally damage the equipment, you won’t be charged for repairs. However, this plan does not cover theft, tire damage, abuse, neglect, or overhead damage.

To make a reservation, call Apex and provide your name and number. Payments can’t be made over the phone, but you can complete the process by submitting a Credit Card Authorization Form in advance. For added convenience, you can also fill out our Rental Request form to secure your equipment. Once submitted, a team member will reach out to schedule your rental appointment.
